For your sector

Hair, beauty and barbering

The sector where it shows most: half the bookings come in outside opening hours, and with your hands full you cannot pick up the phone.

Can it run a separate diary for each stylist?
Yes. Each one has their own diary, services and hours, and the bot only offers slots that genuinely exist. If a client asks for someone in particular, it honours that.
Can it take a deposit at booking time?
Yes, and nothing cuts no-shows more. A payment link goes out, and until it is paid the appointment stays pending and the slot is not fully held.
What about services with different durations?
Each service has its own length, so a full colour does not take the same slot as a fringe trim. The bot sizes the gap to what they ask for.
Does it send reminders the day before?
Yes, and the client can confirm, change or cancel by replying to that same message. A slot freed up a day ahead can still be sold; one freed up an hour before cannot.
What if a client writes at eleven at night?
She books. That is exactly when people remember they need an appointment, and exactly when the salon is shut.
Can it recommend a treatment?
It can explain what you offer, how long it takes and what it costs, and point between two services. What it does not do is diagnose skin or promise a result: that is for the professional in the room.
I have one chair and work alone. Is it still worth it?
Yes, probably more so: when you work alone there is nobody to answer the phone while your hands are busy. The small plan exists for that.
Do you have this running in an actual salon?
Yes. It is the system behind our beauty-clinic case: bookings, deposits, reminders and a diary per professional, running day to day.
Can it sell course packages or session bundles?
It can explain what each bundle includes and take payment through a link. Tracking how many sessions are left is custom work: not part of the base plan, but we build it.
A client wants to cancel at the last minute. What does the bot do?
It cancels and frees the slot immediately. If you have a deposit policy, it applies whatever you decided: refund it, keep it or hold it against the next appointment. That call is yours, not the bot's.
Does it flag up a slot that has come free?
Not out of the box, but it is one of the first things people add: when someone cancels, the bot messages whoever was waiting for that service and the first to reply takes it. It gets built around your diary.
Can it ask for Google reviews after the appointment?
Yes, the next day and with a direct link to your listing. It is what drives new bookings most in a local business, and one of those things nobody does daily because they forget.
I have two salons. Does it tell them apart?
Yes. Each one has its own diary, team and hours, and the bot asks which one she wants before offering a slot.
What if a client wants a different stylist?
It switches them, as long as the other person does that service and has a gap. If not, it offers alternatives instead of leaving it half done.
