How is the price worked out?
From four things: the conversations that month, the staff with their own diary, the channels you use and the call minutes. The catalogue is never charged for. Move the calculator and you see it before you commit to anything.
What if one month I have more conversations than expected?
That month is billed on what you actually used. Nothing is blocked or cut off: the bot keeps answering and you see it on the invoice.
Who counts as a professional?
Anyone with their own diary that the bot books appointments into. If three people take bookings at your place, that is three.
What are channels?
The places your clients write to you or call you: WhatsApp, your website, Instagram and the phone. You pick how many you want and the bot answers on all of them with the same diary and the same catalogue, so a booking made on Instagram lands exactly like one made by phone.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Getting you live, connecting the diary and loading the catalogue are all included.
Do you use the official WhatsApp API?
Always. We are a Meta partner and never connect through unofficial routes, which are what get a number banned.
