What data we process and why
The contact form collects name, email, company and, optionally, a message. We use them exclusively to answer your request and prepare the audit you ask for. The legal basis is your express consent, given by ticking the box before sending.
The chat assistant
The chat on this website processes the messages you type in order to reply, and stores a session identifier in your browser (localStorage) to keep the conversation thread. Please don't use it to send sensitive data.
Recipients and retention
Your data goes to our internal management systems (automation and email) and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We keep it only as long as needed to handle your request and any legal obligations.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to parker@byparkerai.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
