How we work

One meeting to tell us how your business works, and a review of the bot before it goes live. We load the catalogue, the opening hours and the answers ourselves from whatever you already have: your website, your price list or a spreadsheet. You configure nothing.

Your catalogue of services or products with prices, your opening hours, who handles what, and access to whichever diary you use. If any of that isn't tidy, we tidy it: that is part of the job.

No. It is a monthly subscription and you can cancel whenever you like, with no penalty. If the system is not earning its keep, we would rather not hold you to a contract.

Your data. The clients, the appointments, the conversations and the catalogue get exported and handed over. We don't hold anyone's information hostage.

Then we change them. A price, an opening hour or a new service gets updated at no cost. If what changes is how the whole business runs, we talk it through and rebuild it.

No. It eats the work nobody wants: answering the same question on the phone twenty times, writing appointments down by hand, chasing confirmations. Your team carries on doing what it is good at, with fewer interruptions.

Yes, at any point. You see what it is saying, you step in and you carry on. The bot steps aside and stays out of that conversation until you say otherwise.

Yes. Everything is built and maintained remotely, so where you are makes no difference. We work in Spanish, Catalan and English.

None. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this. Whatever sits behind it is our problem.
