For your sector

Other businesses

We have not written a page for every sector, but the system does not change: answer, book, remind and lose nobody.

My business is none of the above. Does it fit?
If you have customers asking the same things, a diary to keep straight or calls going unanswered, yes. What changes between a garage and a salon is the vocabulary, not the mechanism.
I run a garage. What would it solve?
Booking a service or MOT, letting someone know their car is ready, and answering "what will it cost me?" from your price list. And the phone stops ringing while you are under a car.
I run a gym or sports centre.
Class and court bookings, alerts when a cancellation frees a place, and the questions about prices and timetables answered at eleven at night.
I am a lawyer or accountant. Does this work for a practice?
For booking first consultations, sorting by type of matter and collecting documents before the meeting, yes. For advising, no: that is your job and the bot stays out of it.
I have an online shop. What changes?
The bot answers on order status, handles exchanges and returns, and recovers abandoned baskets over WhatsApp, which gets opened far more than an email.
What if my case is an odd one?
Tell us about it. If we think it will not pay for itself, we say so and sell you nothing: a client who stays is worth more to us than one who leaves after three months.

Didn't find what you were after?

Write to us and we answer ourselves, with no bot in between.
